Question 1

How does the tour work?

Accepted Answer

Haunted San Pedro is a self-guided tour. You buy one pass for $19.99, which covers the eight video ghost stories and stays valid for 30 days from the day you choose to start. Visit the eight locations in any order, watch each story where it happened, and enjoy your sponsor offers along the way. There is no app to install. Everything runs in your phone's browser.

Question 2

How do I get back to my tour after leaving?

Accepted Answer

Your phone remembers your ticket. Open the same link you used before, or scan any Haunted San Pedro QR code, and you will go straight back to the last story you were watching instead of the purchase page. If you have not opened a story yet, you will land on your tour planner. On the home page, ticket holders can also tap the "Valid ticket holder" link to jump straight back to their tour. From any tour page, tap the Discover San Pedro logo at the top to return to the home page. To jump between stories, tap any stop in the stop bar at the bottom of any tour page. If you cleared your browser or switched phones, use the ticket link from your original purchase to get back in.

Question 3

How do I watch a film in full screen on my phone?

Accepted Answer

Tap the play arrow on the film, then turn your phone sideways to watch it full screen horizontally. You can also tap the full screen icon in the video player controls. Tap the sound icon to unmute the narration. To leave full screen, turn your phone upright again or tap the full screen icon a second time.

Question 4

Can I share my ticket with my group?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you buy more than one ticket. Each paid guest gets their own seat, so a three guest order plays on three phones. The share link on your ticket page checks each phone in, and once every seat is claimed the link stops working for new phones. One ticket purchases play on one phone only.

Question 5

Is the trolley free, and when does it run?

Accepted Answer

The Harbor Trolley Route is free and runs on Saturdays and Sundays. You can walk between the story locations or use Uber or Lyft on any day. The tour planner on the locate page shows you the closest story location and how to get there.

Question 6

How do I redeem my sponsor offers?

Accepted Answer

Open your ticket page, show the offer to a staff member at the participating business, and they will confirm it on their side. Each offer can be redeemed once per ticket, and each business honors one redemption per ticket. Your offers stay valid for the full 30 days.

Question 7

How long do I have to use my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Your purchase is good for 30 days. The 30 days start on the access date you pick at checkout. You can spread the eight stories across as many visits as you like within that window, and your sponsor offers stay valid the whole time.

Question 8

Do I need to visit the stops in order?

Accepted Answer

No. The stories are numbered 1 through 8 to follow the waterfront, but you can watch them in any order, on any day, at any pace. The stop bar at the bottom of every tour page lets you move between all eight stories.
